As a minimum requirement, each competition course must contain elements that challenge these 5 areas:

Minimum Equipment Requirements.

As a rule, all gyms must have as minimum:

  • Bars
  • Ropes
  • Boxes
  • Rings
  • Balance Beams
  • Monkey Bars

Each competition course must contain 5-15 obstacles challenging all 5 elements, the order and selection of obstacles is completely at the discretion of the hosting gym who are free to set the stages however they want.
